For all international shipments, returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for all postage, Duties & Taxes. Yes. All of our hats are handmade; designed, shaped and finished by Chis at House of Harding HQ in London, U.K. We import the finest beaver, rabbit, coypu, and fur blends from Portugal and the United States of America. All of our straw hat bodies are hand-woven by the finest master weavers in Ecuador - the capitol of the Panama Hat. We work with local U.K manufactureurs and suppliers to source trimmings and textiles, and also import from various textiles and trimmings from Europe, North America and Japan.

All HoH Bespoke hats are made entirely by hand - a very detailed, and time consuming, process – which is why we allow for a 3-5 week window from the date we begin production on your hat to the completion of your order. Please note: This time frame may be extended during the Autumn/Winter season. All bespoke orders are placed ahead of our regular production so that we can get your new hat to you as soon as possible. If you can't wait for your HoH bespoke hat to get to you; a rush order may be placed with a 50% surcharge.

We change signature attributes of our designs every season, yielding a limited run for each quarter which ensures quality and rigorous attention to detail for 100% customer satisfaction. All products are designed, produced, handcrafted and finished in the United Kingdom. We import the finest beaver, rabbit, coypu and blended fur felts, straw, trimmings and textiles for our products from various parts of the world that specialise in their field of expertise. Our hand-woven straws come from Ecuador, fur felts from Portugal and the United States of America, and trimming's and textiles are imported from Itally, Japan, Spain, France, Portugal or sourced locally in GB.

In short; yes. Although all of our hats at House of Harding are designed, shaped, and handmade by Chris, with the same care and attention to detail being devoted to each one. There is nothing like a bespoke piece made especially for you, made to fit the unique shape of your head - yes, all heads are differently sahaped and have very unique features! We reserve limited colours, and our finest materials, for all of our bespoke hats that are not available to our ready-to-wear hats.

The entry price for a HoH Bespoke rabbit-fur felt, or straw, hat is £450 with a required deposit of £250. A HoH Bespoke 50/50 beaver and rabbit fur blend felt starts at £650 with a required deposit of £300. A HoH Bespoke 100% beaver or coypu fur felt starts at £900 with a required deposit of £400. All deposits are payable towards the final price (excluding shipping). The final prices of each HoH Bespoke hat may vary and is dependant on the required needs and criteria of each customer, and the work and supplies needed to deliver each customers unique, one-of-a-kind, hand-made piece.
